This sassy little dress only requires a couple of hours from start to finish. This pattern includes pattern pieces for all sizes: 0/2, 4/6, 8/10, 12/14, 16/18, & 20/22. You need to have basic sewing skills (sewing straight stitches, inserting elastic). This does not include instructions on how to make a sash. Happy Sewing! :)
